These sort of activities are always fun. it's good your son is getting this experience. it's a great way for them to appreciate their blessings and get a chance to enjoy the feeling sharing can bring...other than understanding another part of the Philippine culture... :)

it's great for the kids. it's like a semi-immersion kind of activity. what they'll learn after this is beyond just the value of sharing. they'll somehow understand some of the lifestyle and culture of the other kid, the partner. good good

galing! I hope your child will have fun on Monday. Of course at first they feel aloof or shy with each other and give them a few minutes and they'll be acting like they've known each other all their lives haha. Have fun! :)

A project called social interaction is similar to social immersion of education interns. They are required to mingle with the residents of a community where they are assigned and make a summary report of their activities. I'm in favor with this kind of community project.
